Does it get hot?

No. LEDs give off very little heat, so it stays comfortable through a normal 10 to 20 minute session.

Will it fix acne or wrinkles?

LumaGlow is a cosmetic, self-care device, not a medical treatment, so we don't promise to fix acne or wrinkles. What it gives you is fifteen calm minutes to yourself, a few evenings a week. Many people love it as part of their wind-down routine alongside their usual skincare. If you have a skin condition, speak to a dermatologist.

How do I charge it?

It charges by USB and runs without a cable while you wear it. Charge it between sessions the way you would your phone.

Can I see while wearing it?

There are openings for the eyes, nose and mouth. Most people close their eyes and rest.

How an evening goes

Ten to twenty minutes. Nothing else to do.

    Cleanse

    Wash and dry your face, as you normally would before bed.

    Put it on

    Adjust the strap, press the button and choose a colour.

  3. 03

    Lie back

    The timer runs on its own. Close your eyes, or read, or plan tomorrow.

    Finish

    Take it off and follow with your usual serum and moisturiser.
